• Brand new mode … invented about 6 months ago by ZL1BPU and IZ8BLY

• Really starting to catch on… especially on 20 meters

• Uses 16 tones… sequence of tones determines character to be printed

• Incorporates error correction software…

  • means fewer errors and better weak signal performance than PSK31

• Much better on polar paths than PSK31

• Wider bandwidth… about 300 hz

  • but still pretty good!

• Most activity around 14.080
